MyLeave Office Closed to Public

Due to the WA Government COVID-19 lock down, MyLeave’s office is closed to the public from Monday 1 February 2021 until Friday 5 February 2021.

Staff are working remotely and are responding to emails and taking phone calls.

The team are working in a reduced capacity which may cause some delays.

MyLeave’s Worker and Employer portals are available now. If you are a worker and require a statement of service please email and include your full name, registration number and date of birth and we will provide you with a copy until this is resolved. This outage is due to mandatory internal changes required for the April – June return submissions. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
