MyLeave’s Worker and Employer portals will be unavailable from 8am, Monday 29 June 2020 (Perth time) until further notice. If you are a worker and require a statement of service please email email@example.com and include your full name, registration number and date of birth and we will provide you with a copy until this is resolved. This outage is due to mandatory internal changes required for the April – June return submissions. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
22/06/2020 – Due to delays as a result of COVID-19 the returns have not been distributed on June 19 as planned. We will endeavor to distribute the returns along with information that is relevant to changes in reporting due to JobKeeper as soon as possible.
19/06/2020 – If you have received a de-registration letter and have interstate service – please send a copy of your interstate service statement to firstname.lastname@example.org including your registration number or date of birth in the email.
If you have received an advanced notice of de-registration and have missing service, please complete a missing service query via your online account.
If your account has already been de-registered and you have missing service, complete a days of service query form and email it to email@example.com
